Strategy Without Leadership

Organizations often have sales strategies, marketing strategies, operational strategies, and growth strategies. But many do not have a clearly defined leadership strategy.
If leadership is responsible for carrying the strategy, shouldn’t leadership itself have a strategy too?
This is where my journey with my research into organizational leadership strategies began, through an idea given to me by Lee Cockerell. He's the one who pointed out this first sentence to me. I would have never came across this information had Jody Maberry not pushed himself to put out his first podcast. But that's a story for another time.
For now, just know that the leader doesn't always have to be the hero of a successful organization.
