About the Founder
I’m a leadership professional, researcher, and lifelong student of growth—dedicated to challenging the way we think about leadership. With more than 15 years of hands-on leadership experience and a doctorate in business with a focus on organizational leadership, I’ve led teams, developed talent, and transformed business, impacting outcomes from the ground floor to the executive level.
But my true passion lies in the bigger picture: helping organizations move beyond fragmented leadership approaches by introducing a shared strategy through The Leadership Synthesis.
Built through academic research (The Organizational Leadership Framework) and refined in real-world application, this framework reimagines leadership not as the strength of a single individual, but as the coordinated effort of a unified group. I believe this approach can fundamentally change how businesses operate, make decisions, and grow—across every industry.
I created The Leadership Synthesis to start this conversation, spark new ideas, and eventually turn my research into a published book. My goal is to contribute something meaningful to the field through a new leadership theory: a sustainable, scalable, and impactful leadership model that adds to the great work of those who came before—while expanding our collective understanding of the possibilities within the future of leadership with this approach.
